The 6-Day Northern Vietnam Tour is a masterfully crafted itinerary covering the absolute essentials of the region. The tour then takes you to the spectacular Ninh Binh province, often referred to as 'Halong Bay on land'. The best time to visit Vietnam depends on the region, but generally, Spring (February to April) and Autumn (August to October) offer the most pleasant weather countrywide. For Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, Halong), October to April is cool and dry. Central Vietnam (Da Nang, Hoi An) is best from January to July, while the South (Ho Chi Minh, Phu Quoc) is warm year-round with a dry season from December to April.
